Our purpose-built venue allows conferencing in the tree-tops with 5 light filled conference rooms, 48 rooms of accommodation, options for exclusive use and personalised service that matters.
Located in the Yarra Valley Wine growing region, just 1 hour’s drive from Melbourne CBD, outside of Yarra Glen township on the Melba Hwy. Boarding Toolangi National Park, and neighboring boutique wineries. A short drive away from the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Allowyn Gardens.
Conference in the tree tops with an abundance of natural light, high peaked ceilings and fresh air flowing through 5 separate conference rooms. The Wedgetail conference room can hold up to 120 people seated with exclusive use of the venue, or for intimate meetings, the Falcon or Harrier Rooms allow for up to 30 people seated in clusters. Tailoring to your individual requirements, different set-up styles and room configurations.
Conference rooms are situated around the property offering privacy within each space or perfect for breakout spaces.

AV is included for all conference packages, with a handheld and lapel microphone available within the Wedgetail room.
Wi-Fi is available in all conference and common spaces including the accommodation, with the option of cabled internet in addition to the accommodation rooms.
Sound is contained within each conference space and the dining room.
For guest speakers and presentations at dinner, a separate screen, projector and microphone will be set to your requirements.
Should additional speakers and microphones be required for the smaller conference spaces, these can be hired for you.
With 48 rooms of accommodation, allowing for single occupancy or twin share in the majority of the rooms. Located around the property, our blocks of accommodation have 14 rooms, which allow for smaller groups to book exclusively or for larger groups to occupy all blocks.
Facilitators, team leaders or presenters have the option to book a 3 bedroom (2 bathroom) cottage, of which there are 2 at the Estate. These allow for privacy to review the agenda for the next day or for some

While at Yarra Valley Estate, you are welcome to take advantage of our recreational facilities which include a golf hitting net, outdoor solar-heated swimming pool, sauna. tennis court, gym and extensive bush walking trails.
