Four Pillars Distillery

Based in Healesville, the heart of Melbourne’s Yarra Valley, Four Pillars Distillery is home to Australia’s favourite, and some of the world’s best gin. Since launching in late 2013, Four Pillars has become one of the most awarded gin distilleries in the world, having been named Gin Producer of the Year at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in London in 2019, 2020 and 2023.

Guests can take part in a gin masterclass, cocktail workshop, or gin-making session, enjoy a tasting at the tasting bench, or sit down and enjoy a drink in the stunning copper bar or gin garden. The distillery also has an on-site kitchen, allowing guests to organise bespoke dining packages for activities such as post-conference dinners or team-building workshops.
