Based in Healesville, the heart of Melbourne’s Yarra Valley, Four Pillars Distillery is home to Australia’s favourite, and some of the world’s best gin. Since launching in late 2013, Four Pillars have become one of the most awarded gin distilleries in the world, having been named Gin Producer of the Year at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in London across 2019, 2020 and 2023.

Hazeldene Yarra Valley is a private resort set on 130 acres, ideal for hosting small business groups including a meeting room, break out areas and a sheltered deck. There are spaces suitable for a cocktail function, product launch and presentations. Eight ensuite bedrooms can accommodate up to 16 people.
