With spectacular views and an unrivaled sparkling wine heritage, Chandon has been an icon of the Yarra Valley since its foundation in the mid-80s. Domaine Chandon specialises in the production of méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines, sourcing grapes from its Yarra Valley vineyard and elsewhere in Victoria, the wines are made, matured, bottled and shared at the winery and cellar door in Coldstream.

Based in Healesville, the heart of Melbourne’s Yarra Valley, Four Pillars Distillery is home to Australia’s favourite, and some of the world’s best gin. Since launching in late 2013, Four Pillars have become one of the most awarded gin distilleries in the world, having been named Gin Producer of the Year at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in London across 2019, 2020 and 2023.
