Victoria’s National Business Events Program is designed to give Australian business event organisers a boost for events held anywhere in Victoria – so why not book your next conference, corporate meeting or incentive group event right here in our region?

Applications are now open for Round 3 of the National Business Events Program (NBEP), offering eligible event organisers cash grants to offset costs for hosting events throughout Victoria. The third round of the funding initiative aims to sustain a growing momentum across the business events sector.

These cash grants of up to $40,000 can be put towards accommodation, venue hire, transport and other event costs such as marketing and event promotions for events held in a regional area.

Be Quick! Applications are now open and will close at 5pm (AEST) on 3 March 2023.

Applications are suitable for all events that meet the eligibility criteria including a minimum delegate number of 25, a minimum length of two days and that it must be a B2B (business to business event) including a corporate event, association meeting, conference, convention, trade exhibition or corporate incentive. All events must take place after 31 July 2023 and must occur before 31 December 2024.

Two funding streams are available depending on your event location (regional or metro).
